Philosophy
I've added a few new programs to the mix as well. You see this is about process – not any particular program. You must select a good solid program that looks good, test it with a little capital, see how it works, check out support, get a feel for it, see how well it flies in the marketplace. Then invest a little more but as always no more than you can afford to lose. You will lose. You lose in at least half even if you're very lucky and good a spotting the gems – like HRS. You will lose if you sit on the sidelines. I opened a money market account this week. The top rate was POINT 3 PERCENT PER YEAR! That's losing when you factor in inflation. Duh. You will lose if you get greedy. Your first goal is breakeven. Get in. Breakeven. Compound. Begin taking an income. Let a large portion ride for wealth. I use the 70/30 ratio as a rule. Once I have broken even – usually through referral commissions, I let my principal compound for a while – at least 30 day. 60 is better. 90 is awesome. Then start taking out 30% as income. In my case, I am taking out 15% in HRS. That's plenty. When you are only taking 30% out, and 70% is reinvested, you get a raise every day!For the newbie in HRS
My reply to someone who stumbled across my blog and hrs calculator. Thinking of putting in $300, $500, or $665...
Put in as much as you can and add to it if you can. $665 would be a great start. My son just started with $389 and his plan is to add $50 to $100 per pay check. Several of my friends are doing $300 and $50 every couple of weeks.
Start with premium shares if you come in at $300 or more. Then buy basic shares until you hit about $100 per day in daily rebates or earnings. Wait 3 days for a balance of $300 and buy more premium shares.
Next when you are earning about $300 per day, wait a few days and buy VIP shares. Once you hit the VIP level there is no looking back.
Along the way take your commissions earned so as to reduce your risk and also make your ride more enjoyable. I'm currently taking about $500 per day in commissions and repurchasing over $2,000 shares. (Feb 25, 2013)
My philosophy is get in. Break even. Earn some profit. Compound. Start taking some income at about a 15 to 30% ratio. One day a week is about 15%. Let the rest ride for growth and wealth. You get a raise every day too.

What is your why? Why do you search for programs, invest your hard earned money, recruit others, manage your investments? Why? Money – sure. But why? One of my why's is to be able to provide a quality education for my children. This year we are taking a true vacation over Spring break, going to the mountains to see Unto These Hills in Cherokee, NC, spending two full weeks at Folley Beach – ocean front, and more out 27thwedding anniversary..... well that's a secret.
That's why I do it. Whats your why? You must have a big why in order to get past the obstacles and difficulties that inevitably arise. Like what? Like being hacked and scammed out of over $26,000.
Like getting in a program only to see the site disappear two days before your maturity date. Like finding out you need a passport for identity instead of just a driver's license when applying for an international debit card. So what's YOUR why? Do you have what it takes to press on when set backs occur? Remember THIS IS VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY HIGH RISK! You will lose money. You may lose money in 4 out of 5 programs. But if one of them works out.... OMG. Returns on average are about 2500% in 8 months. So if you invested $1,000 in five programs that's a risk of $5,000. Program 1 flops – you lost $1,000. Program 2 flops – you lost $1,000. Program 3 – flops you lost $1,000. Program 4 flops – you lost $1,000. How you feeling now? Program 5 pays out - $25,000. So $5,000 grows to $25,000. You scored a 5 bagger! Lose, lose, lose, lose, WIN! Ta da! It was all worth it. BUT you must know going into these programs that most will fail, most are scams, and YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. Do you have the patience and good sense to play it smart, get to break even, take some profit, take some income and let some run? If you are too scared you'll never begin. Welcome to get rich slow. If you are too greedy, you'll always swing for the home run and will probably strike out. Welcome to broke. If you play it smart and go for singles and doubles most of the time and only loading up when conditions are right, you should do fine. No guarantees. None. It's not on anyone but you. Do not go crying to the attorney general's office or Dave Ramsey when you lose. Do not invest your rent money or mortgage payment. This is lotto money but with much better odds. Are we clear?

Global Finance and Panamanian Reforestation
PANAMA FOLLOWS ITS OWN PATH
Panama has granted “reforestation visas”, under immigration laws that provide ample investment incentives, since the 1990s. Given Panama’s international tax haven status, obtaining residency in the small country, also regarded as an important Latin American financial hub and business center, is particularly attractive.
Panamanian authorities have tweaked the law to provide benefits in exchange for smaller investments, as they seek to make timber part of investment portfolios for retail investors. Institutional investors often take stakes in the sector through mutual funds specializing in tropical forestry investments. Under the current law, residency may be granted for investments of as little as $60,000, involving a minimum of five hectares of timber land in which the investor holds a title or the title is held by a corporation in which the investor has a minimum 51% share.
Investors must invest at least $60,000 in a reforestation project in order to qualify for a temporary residency visa. The visa can be renewed yearly for up to six years. Those investing at least $80,000 can apply for permanent residency and can seek full citizenship after five years.
Much of Panama’s reforestation sector involves teak plantations. Teak, a commercial wood, is one of the world’s leading hardwood timbers. It is popular throughout Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America. The government aims to promote the planting of tropical hardwoods, while also ensuring that reforestation projects protect the country’s lush forests.

My note: Now wait for Sunday or Monday or whenever. If the site comes back, that's great. If not, I hope you at least made some money. If you followed my philosophy then I'm sure you did. Taking 100% daily interest at 2.15 percent for about 45 days gets you to break even from day one. If you compound for 30, 60, 90 and then take 100% to break even then you will only have to take a few days to reach break even and profit. Then you can compound some more to recover and then switch to 70/30. It's an art – not a science. But if this is work then count me in!
BTW, you may have seen a list of states and countries that filed a complaint about PS. Please note that South Carolina WAS NOT on the list. I had a 45 min conversation with the attorney general's office in SC. That's SOUTH Carolina. I gave high praise to Roman and PS. I give the SC Attorney General's office high praise for listening to reason. The fellow I talked to is a great guy. He was very understanding. THIS IS VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY HIGH RISK. If you are down to your last $500 don't put it here. You have no business investing in PS, HRS, XYZ or whatever with no money and no computer skills. There are no guarantees. Remember that and remind your people. That being said the fellow I spoke to is actually considering signing up. LOL. I kid you not! Too funny.
More Strategy
When asked about my current HRS strategy on March 9th, 2013 I wrote...My strategy for withdrawing is designed for maximum VIP shares. I am buying a minimum of 2,000 VIP shares per day. I take commissions. Currently I am also taking out all rebates too at 5pm. Rebate withdrawals put money back into your re-purchase bucket. When those reach 1,000 I purchase more shares. The Rebate balance which I withdraw either goes to my lifestyle (STP) or I consolidate for an outside purchase. Sometimes I use an exchanger to combine funds. Moving LR and EG to PM for instance. I have about $750 in PM today. I should have enough in PM tomorrow to buy $1,000 PM VIP. My strategy is all VIP now. All VIP. No exceptions. Of course I have over 48,000 shares at work now too. Hope this helps.
