I got a question today from a new member and here's what she said...

I don't think I have a proper understanding of things in HRS. If I understand, in order to compound I have to re-purchase ad packs with my (daily) earnings. If I take out all the money everyday and re-purchase, how does my account grow to the projected amount in 30 days. Will that amount be available through all the different ad packs at work?

How does this work when I want to compound up into the VIP Plan? I put in $130 on Jan 20 and that should compound into $363. I will then add enough to get VIP Ad packs. My understanding was invest, wait for the 30 days then re-invest more money. 

I don't intend on withdrawing at all in the first 30 days. I just need clarity so I'm not doing it wrong, this is my first time in a program like this.
